Hours

We do not have official hours. Once we receive your request we will work hard on finding the best resource for you. On Shabbos or Yom Tov, if in your judgement, a life is in danger, contact the proper authorities immediately. Otherwise, all requests received during those times will be addressed sometime after Shabbos or Yom Tov, depending on location.

Location of Operations

Our focus is strictly within the United States. We welcome anyone to contact us from abroad for information on organizations that either operate or are based within the United States.

We are looking forward to assisting you! For us to best assist, everyone is required to fill out our contact form at the bottom of this page. Once it has been sent, we will review the details and reach out to you. Based on your stated preference in the contact form, we are able to contact you in the following ways:

Calling is only available in cases of urgency. Urgency is defined as assistance being required within 24 hours from when the form is received. Should you be in such a situation please check the box at the bottom of the Contact Form.

The Description section of any form can be difficult and frustrating to fill out properly. Here are some tips to help you fill out the form correctly; giving us the information we need to best assist you. (This exact layout is not required)

 Within the description, please tell us the following:

~ Give a brief background of the scenario

~ What specific item or service is needed

~ Where is the location for assistance

~ Who is the assistance for

~ What is the deadline for the request

~ Are there any special or unique requirements

~ Have any organizations been contacted regrading this case

~ If yes, which ones and how long ago
