KOV Projects is a mental health initiative serving the Jewish community, with a focus on providing access to clinically vetted resources tailored to the needs of individuals across various demographics. The organization aims to be a comprehensive hub for mental well-being, addressing the increasing prevalence of mental illness and psychological trauma among both adults and children. By cataloging resources by age, gender, and other classifications, KOV ensures that every member of the community can find appropriate support.

The organization's mission is guided by three core principles: Knowledge, Oneness, and Values. Under 'Knowledge,' KOV seeks to raise awareness and provide tools to help individuals manage their mental health, whether for prevention or treatment. 'Oneness' emphasizes the importance of community support, recognizing that group therapy and shared experiences can be powerful in healing. 'Values' underscores the commitment to ethical standards and the dissemination of accurate, helpful information.

KOV plans to implement various initiatives, including the creation of a Mental Health Awareness Week featuring live webcasts with speakers from personal and clinical backgrounds. The week would culminate in a community-wide Shabbaton focusing on mental health issues, followed by a gala event. Additionally, KOV intends to develop school programming and other community initiatives to promote mental health awareness and education.
