Chasdei Chashi L’Kallah is a tzedakah organization that assists kallahs from financially struggling families by providing them with essential furnishings for their new homes. Established nearly two decades ago, it was founded as a zechus for a refuah shelaima for R’ Zev and Mrs. Chashie Weiss A”H. Following their untimely petirah, their children continued the organization in their memory, transforming it into a lasting legacy of chesed. The organization operates with discretion and sensitivity, preserving the dignity of the recipients and allowing them to walk to the chuppah with true simcha and yishuv hadaas.

Each kallah assisted receives a high-quality furniture package, including beds, mattresses, and a dinette set, delivered in a respectable manner. This year alone, Chasdei Chashi L’Kallah has assisted over 900 kallahs across more than 25 communities nationwide, delivering approximately 75 sets of furnishings each month. The cost of each furniture package is approximately $2,500, and the organization fields hundreds of communications daily from families seeking assistance.

To support its mission, Chasdei Chashi L’Kallah conducts annual fundraising auctions featuring a variety of prizes, such as trips to Eretz Yisroel, cash awards, and luxury items. These events not only raise essential funds but also engage the community in the mitzvah of hachnasas kallah. The organization’s efforts bring true simcha as they transform a house into a home, enabling young couples to begin their married lives with joy and dignity.
