Brooklyn Jewish Xperience (BJX) is a dynamic organization in Flatbush dedicated to engaging Jewish college students and young professionals through a blend of spiritual, educational, and social programs. BJX offers weekly Carlebach-style Kabbalat Shabbat services followed by communal dinners, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Sunday mornings feature Shacharit, breakfast, and halacha classes tailored for students and YJPs. Additionally, Thursday evenings host "Sushi and Social" gatherings, providing opportunities for networking and meaningful discussions.​

BJX places a strong emphasis on leadership development and career advancement. Their "Leadership on FIRE" program is a six-week course where college students interact with top CEOs, gaining insights into business success and Jewish values. Participants receive a stipend, enjoy hot dinners, and earn a certificate upon completion. For public high school students, BJX offers a similar leadership initiative, empowering them with skills and confidence for future endeavors.​

The organization also provides enriching Jewish learning experiences. Programs include Hebrew Crash Courses, one-on-one Torah study sessions, and women's Torah classes. BJX's High Holiday services are known for their explanatory approach, beautiful melodies, and inclusive environment, welcoming individuals regardless of background or affiliation. Festive events like Purim and Chanukah parties, Passover Seders, and musical Selichot services further enhance the communal spirit.​

BJX is deeply committed to social action, encouraging students and YJPs to participate in community service initiatives such as volunteering in soup kitchens, organizing blood drives, and visiting the sick. Their fellowship program empowers participants to engage with uninvolved Jewish peers, fostering connections and promoting Jewish values on campus and beyond.
