Guard Your Eyes is an online platform that helps members of the Jewish community work on shmiras einayim and develop healthier digital habits. It offers free and anonymous solutions for individuals at various levels of struggle, using a combination of behavioral science, psychology, and Torah-based guidance. GYE serves men and women of all ages and from across the spectrum of the Jewish community, with content available in multiple languages through separate English, Hebrew, and Yiddish sites.

The organization’s primary offering is its Three Pillar Program®, which structures support around Motivation, Planning, and Connection. The Motivation pillar includes tools such as creating a personal vision for change, daily motivational emails, mindset-shift content, and other “smart tools” to keep users inspired and oriented toward their goals. The Planning pillar focuses on building practical pathways for change through personalized plans, focused lessons, actionable steps, guided support, and progress milestones to help users track and sustain growth.

The Connection pillar provides anonymous access to one-on-one mentors and peer communities. Users can connect with a GYE mentor for personalized guidance, participate in judgment-free forum discussions, and build supportive relationships with others who share similar challenges. Throughout the site, GYE integrates structured programs, ongoing guidance, and user stories of change, using the same digital medium that often presents challenges to instead provide accessible, discreet support for long-term behavioral change.
